Skydive Surinam Boogie 2007 :

From 2002 on, Skydive Surinam has put efforts in trying to set up a Skydive Surinam Boogie.
The Surinam Administration & public services have
always been very enthusiastic and cooperative.
And finally we’re ready to announce: Skydive
Surinam Boogie 2007 will take place from November 18th
until the December 2th!
Organisation
The staff of Skydive Surinam Boogie 2007 is formed by Jan Cox, Harm v.d. Gevel, René
Hoogland, Pim Cox, Malte Hoffmann, Eric de Leenheer and others.The organisation is in the hands of Connie Raichert,
Coen Rehmann and Henk van der Linden.
The organisation is strongly supported by the Surinam
Ministry of Defence, the
Aviation Authorities of Zanderij Airport and all possible
Surinam public services.
The Skydive Surinam Boogie has an international character.
Apart from Dutch skydivers (and staff) a large group
of skydivers from Europe, North and South America is expected.
International loadorganisers are being recruited
for the experienced RW skydivers.
Who can enlist?
- The experienced formation skydiver (RW)
- The experienced individual skydiver (Freefly)
- The beginning skydiver for accelerated freefall.
- Skydivers who want to obtain their “A”
certificate

From 12.00 till 14.00 a daily changing warm lunch at Zanderij,
prepared by experienced Surinam cooks.
Every day after the last jump, we'll
enjoy a well deserved glass of beer at the DZ.
Afterwards transport to the hotel in Paramaribo
for a shower and a debriefing with
video images in the world-famous bar ‘t Vat”. We end with the unrivalled Surinam kitchen (Chinese,
Hindi, Javanese, Creole and even European).
All this will take place in complete Caribbean ambience.
A practically steady average temperature of 27C, a
nice sea breeze, hospitality you rarely come across
nowadays and moreover great food!

Welcome to the Skydive
Surinam Boogie site 2007
Due to our determination the organisation of Skydive Surinam Boogie
2007 has become a fact.
In collaboration with the Surinam Authorities (who put
the CASA at our disposal) and with full co-operation
of all relevant public services.
Departing from Schiphol Airport on November 18th 2007
we will skydive until December 2th 2007. All in fascinating Surinam.
Take off and Drop Zone at Zanderij Airport. Accomodation
in a top-class hotel during these two weeks in Paramaribo.
Loads up to 14.000 feet. Jumps out of a CASA 212 (30 para’s capacity) above untouched jungle and landing
on a DZ of incredible size.
All facilities present.
The Skydive Surinam Boogie 2007 will contract the following
coaching experts:
- Free fly coaches
- RW coaches for the advanced skydiver
- Load organisers for the advanced formation skydivers
- AFF instructors
- Camera skydivers
- Tandem masters
Depending on enlistment type, experts will be added to this list.
In case Surinam residents are interested, static line
courses will be given. We also offer the wider public
the opportunity to make a Tandem jump.
Four Tandem riggs and Tandem masters
will be present.
Furthermore a rigger will be present, and we even
managed to organize packers. Applicable for AFF courses,
for the advanced skydiver and for the experienced formation
skydiver.
An incomparable skydiving experience, altered with
excursions, small trips (have you ever swum between Piranha’s without being eaten??), a
night out in Paramaribo and dancing with Brazilian beauties.
Experience the Caribbean without any language barriers.
This is only possible in Surinam.
